RELEASE FORMS ARE REQUIRED FOR MINORS,
A PARENTS SIGNATURE IS ALSO REQUIRED

Practice, skill lesson and game played once a week on Sunday mornings pending approval of league and time availability.

Confidence + Technique = SPEED

Monday Evenings 7:00pm - 9:00pm
